She is adored by humans, gods, demons every one in three worlds (World, Heaven and Hades). In ancient era, demons like Madhu, Kaitabh, Rakta Bij, Sumbha, Nishumbha, Durgamasura, Mahisasura etc. always try to takeover Heaven and Earth and want to became king of the Heaven. Heaven is luxurious, enriched with all royal attributes, without any sorrow and trouble, full with every thing, beautiful and charmingApsara's (nymph) and Gandharva's (musician's of Heaven) are there to entertain. According to Hindu Iconography Heaven is residing place of Gods, World is for Human being and Hades is for Demons. King of the Heaven in Indra, so he is known as Devrj Indra (king of the Gods Indra), Demons always try to defeat her. Demons worship hard to give boon with Shiva andBrahma, After getting boon they attack in Haven defeat Indra, as, they got the kingdom of three Worlds. When-ever this kind of or other fatality occurred, they praise Adhya-Shakti for helping. As, she incarnate in different forms like for killing defeat of Demon Raktabij, she manifest herself in the form of Maha-Kali, Demon Durgamasura she manifest herself in the form of Durga etc. and helping to re establishment of their kingdoms and other fatality.

According to Rig Veda;

She is an aspect of Brahma (the creator of the Universe). From meth is Universe, in form ofPrakruti and Purush (Male & Female) is generated; which is both void and non-void. She is both bliss and non bliss, exist in the form of knowledge and non knowledge, Brahm (the cosmos) and non-Brahm, primordial principles and non-principles, of the whole perceived Universe. She exist in this Universe in the form of Veda (four central religious Hindu Text book of knowledge), learning and ignorance, born and unborn. She is in up, down and cross wards. She roam about in form of Rudra (The anger form of Shiva, the destroyer), Vasu (nature deities) and Aditya (solar deities) and All-gods. She sustain Mitra, Varuna (God of air), Indra (kings of Gods), Agni (God of fire) and both theAshvinas (Solar deities). She convey Soma (the god of vegetables and herbs), Tvasta, Pusha and Bhaga and bring Vishnu (the sustain-er of the Universe) with wide for steps, Brahma andPrajapati (Rulers of different states). She bring wealth with havi (holy materials used in Yagya)for a yajaman (who is the giver of those materials) who gives the best Havi to gods and uses Soma. She is the Empress of this whole Universe. She give wealth to worshipers, as the observer and the first among-st those worth worshiping. She create herself (as basis of all) the primordial elements (like Sky, Sun, Earth etc.), abode is in the Waters of Samudra (Ocean and the consciousness of self awareness). She is these eight Vasus, eleven Rudras, twelve Adityas. She is the all-gods drinking Soma (Wine or liquor) or non-drinking of Soma. She isYatudhan, Rakshahas, Asuras, Pishachas, Yakshas and Siddhas. She is Satva, Rajas and Tamas (the natural properties). She isBrahma,Vishnu and Rudra. She is Prajapati, Indra and Manu. She is the planets, stars and constellations. She is various measures of time, destroyer of sins, giver of both enjoyment andMoksha or Salvation, without end, giving victory, pure, worth taking refuge, giver of peace.

She the is described as, Bhagwati (a praise to the supreme lady), Parmeswari (she who is the prime lord of every thing in Universe), Vishwa Vyapini (she who exist in Worlds), Vishwa Rupini (her form is in every element of World), Jagan Mata (She who is the mother of all in World). She plays the central role of controller, sustained, destroyer, Hindu Iconography.

What Athar Veda Say's, "About Adhya Shakti"

अहं ब्रह्मस्वरूपिणी । मत्तः प्रकृतिपुरुषात्मकं जगत् । शून्यं चाशून्यम् च ॥ 
I am an aspect o Brahma. From me this Universe, in form of Prakruti and Purush, is generated; which is both void and non-void.

अहमानन्दानानन्दौ । अहं विज्ञानाविज्ञाने । अहं ब्रह्माब्रह्मणी वेदितव्ये । अहं पञ्चभूतान्यपञ्चभूतानि । अहमखिलं जगत् ॥ 
I am both bliss and non-bliss. I am knowledge and non-knowledge. I am brahma and non-brahma. The positive primodial principles and non-principles is myself. I am the whole percieved Universe.

वेदोऽहमवेदोऽहम्। विद्याहमविद्याहम्। अजाहमनजाहम् । अधश्चोर्ध्वं च तिर्यक्चाहम् ॥
I am Veda (knowledge about brahma) and non-knowledge. I am learning and ignorance. I am unborn and also born. I am up, down and crosswards.

अहं रुद्रेभिर्वसुभिश्चरामि । अहमादित्यैरुत विश्वदेवैः । अहं मित्रावरुणावुभौ बिभर्मि । अहमिन्द्राग्नी अहमश्विनावुभौ ॥
I move about in form of Rudra and Vasu. I move about as Aditya and All-gods. I sustain Mitra, Varuna, Indra, Agni and both the Ashvinas.

अहं सोमं त्वष्टारं पूषणं भगं दधामि। अहं विष्णुमुरुक्रमं ब्रह्माणमुत प्रजापतिं दधामि ॥
I convey Soma, Tvasta, Pusha and Bhaga. I bring Vishnu with wide foor-steps, Brahma and Prajapati.

अहं दधामि द्रविणं हविष्मते सुप्राव्ये यजमानाय सुन्वते । अहं राष्ट्री सङ्गमनी वसूनां चिकितुषी प्रथमा यज्ञियानाम् ।।
I bring Wealth with Havi for a yajaman who gives the best Havi to gods and those uses Soma (wine or alcohol). I am the Empresss of this whole Universe. I give wealth to worshippers. I am the observer and the first amongst those worth worshipping.

अहं सुवे पितरमस्य मूर्धन्मम योनिरप्स्वन्तः समुद्रे । य एवम् वेद। स देवीं सम्पदमाप्नोति ॥
I create on myself (as basis of all) the primodial elements (like Akash or Sky etc.) My abode is in the Waters of Samudra (the consciousness of self awareness). One who knows this obtains divine wealth.
